Social media gives anyone the opportunity to broadcast their opinions on every subject, whether they are informed or not. The Russia-Ukraine War is no exception. In this episode I analyze the recent Twitter narrative that if only NATO had given Russia a guarantee that Ukraine would never be accepted as a member, there would have been no war.
