The Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw on the Old Town Square. Many seminar meetings since I began my PhD studies in late 2013 have finally culminated in my PhD defense on February 22, 2022.
I’m pleased to announce that the defense of my doctoral dissertation, “Operations of the American Relief Administration in Poland: 1919-1922” will take place on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, through the Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IH PAN) in Warsaw. Due to current conditions the defense will be virtual (on Zoom) but sometime after it is finished I will post either a recording or the text (or both) of my opening statement in English, the rest of the proceedings will be in Polish.
