The most significant recent news out of Poland was the rejection by the government of EU demands to accept migrants as part of a distribution scheme to “share the burden” of the “migrant crisis” precipitated by Angela Merkel’s Germany in 2015.
Though the Polish political scene leaves much to be desired, I’ve been heartened and impressed by the the current government’s firm stance against an objectively dyscivilizational policy that will only exacerbate Europe’s demographic challenges. If you don’t know about the most important graph in the world (certainly the Western world) you should take a look.
I recently came across a YouTube video by the blogger kiki85uuu and his excellent rejoinder to the EU’s migrant harassment towards Poland. His videos are in Polish, however the one below was translated with English subtitles (by Vlad).
This type of visual, information warfare aimed at the EU (Poland’s and Europe’s greatest enemy, not Russia) and the post-communist nomenklatura, is a manifestation of what is essentially the Polish Alt-Right. Since Poland is a very ethnically homogenous country (99% European white) there hasn’t been the same preoccupation with immigration and demographics as in America. Thanks to the interwebz however, information travels fast and many people (millenials especially) are becoming “woke” to what the EU is up to.
The title of this post is a loose translation of a line from the video “Unia nas nęka, ale Beata nie pęka”, referring to Poland’s Prime Minister Beata Szydło, who has been the most vocal defender of Poland’s sovereignty and national self-interest regarding the migrant deluge. Poland has seen enough invasions in it’s history, it certainly won’t invite one upon itself.
