Trump’s Mindset Will Make Him President

Its taken nearly a year and virtually sealing up the GOP nomination for many people to finally realize that Donald Trump could become the next President of the United States.

I am certain he will.

One of the many side benefits to Trump’s candidacy has been how many so-called “experts” have been revealed to be hacks and frauds. I think the reason so many analysts and consultants were wrong was a combination of them living in a mass media bubble of group-thinking conformity and wishful thinking that heaping scorn on Trump would defeat him. They failed. Many reasons have been given for Trump’s stunning success so far (he has received more votes in primary elections than any other Republican in history). Trump’s spiteful detractors (many Republicans among them) claim that his bombastic rhetoric has tapped into a deep current of hate and fear in the American electorate. Hate and fear? Yeah right. Righteous anger is more like it. More realistic asessments credit Trump’s “America First” approach of criticizing mass immigration (both legal and illegal) and opposing American-job-destroying globalization. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend watching Trump’s foreign policy speech from last month. These are the words of a man who wants the best for his country.

The most eminently reasonable and measured approach to American national interests uttered by a candidate in a generation.

There’s an important element to Donald Trump’s success that is ignored or missed by most, but arguably serves as the engine that drives the entire Trump train.

Mindset

As early as last summer, Mike Cernovich, the authority on mindset, was the one of the only media figure besides Scott Adams and Ann Coulter to predict a Trump victory.

I think Mike Cernovich understands Trump better than any political “expert” because he practices the same mindset that Trump is demonstrating before our eyes. Most pundits (and Republican “strategists”) are passive-aggressive, underachieving losers with massive chips on their shoulders. Their hatred of Trump is irrational and based on envy.

They’ve been exposed as clueless and abysmally lacking in judgement.

I was intrigued by Trump from the moment he announced and launched a full-frontal assault on the seminal issue of our time, immigration. Right out of the box, Trump’s mindset was to go on offense, to barrel roll his critics by not just refusing to back down, but doubling down on his statements that struck the hardest blow against political correctness. Unlike most of Trump’s critics, I’ve read Think Big and Kick Ass and The Art of the Deal. If you haven’t read either, and you’re relying on a progressive mass media filter for “news”, you don’t know Donald Trump. Both books reveal Donal Trump to be the archetypal, single-minded and driven American achiever. “Demand what you want in life. Do not let other people run your life…Make your own rules, and do not care what other people think.” -Donald Trump Trump lives by the mantra that he’s the best at what he does and his critics and opponents are losers. This may seem crude to the uninitiated, but it follows the proven maxim that irrational self-confidence beats rational defeatism, fortune favors the bold. Trump’s pronouncements can also be seen as a form of self-talk that he uses as personal motivation, as much as it is meant to influence others. Publicly stating your goals is one method for reinforcing your desire to realize them.

Donald Trump is telling the whole world what he is going to accomplish.

Trump’s exceptional belief in himself is real. It’s not a gimmick. It has built real momentum that will carry him through the election in November, all the way to the White House.
