I just watched another excellent video by Mark Steyn on the Manchester attack, terrorism across Europe and the callousness and culpability of European elites:
I’ve been a big fan of Mark’s for years and always eagerly listen to him when he guest hosts for Rush Limbaugh (he’s been subbing the past two days and will do so again on Monday). In the comment thread on YouTube under the video above I learned about the Mark Steyn Club, which is a way to support Mark’s work by becoming a member. It’s not cheap at $150 annually, but it’s an investment that I consider well worth making.
In the video Mark mentions Warsaw as one of the cities that hasn’t had to witness the horrors that have befallen Paris, Brussels, London, or now, Manchester. I aim to do everything in my power to make sure that it stays that way.
Even if you don’t become a member, Mark Steyn is one of really a handful of intellectuals worth following closely. He is eloquent, honest, erudite and sincere. If the West is to survive its going to need a lot more brave men like Mark who are willing to speak out against the terror that our supposed betters in the halls of power have unleashed on their subjects.
