The Trump Administration is moving full-speed with negotiations to end the Russia-Ukraine war, thus far only dealing with Russia directly to the exclusion of Ukraine and European leaders. Furthermore, a proposed agreement has leaked for Ukraine to pay the us $500 billion as compensation for preserving their independence. Is this right?
