Last Saturday, October 15, 2016, I attended the anti-TTIP and CETA protest in Warsaw. The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership and the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement are controversial trade proposals between the United States and Canada and the European Union. The deals are presented as massively beneficial for all parties involved, but there is no way to verify this as the text of the agreements is secret and accessible only to privileged insiders.
