In a recent interview, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claims to offer deep insights into the complexities surrounding Russia’s invasion of Ukraine while unknowingly promoting Russian disinformation. Russia has used “security concerns” as an excuse to harass, undermine and invade neighboring countries for centuries. NATO’s eastward expansion is a direct result of the legitimate security concerns of now-independent countries that suffered the bitter fate of Russian and later Soviet imperialism. While diplomacy and striving for peace are noble aims, they should not come at the expense of America’s national security and that of it’s NATO allies, especially Poland and other Eastern European nations who are more pro-American than any others.
